Benchmarking Climate Action Plans

As a way to begin a dialog about what we here in Helena might create as a result of this process, please review this city's efforts and comments about  elements that we might adopt. Most of the files below are .pdf's and you can open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some are compressed to limit their size. These are the .stix files. The benchmarking climate action plans from other cities should be an nvaluable resource for identifying lists of possible climate actions measures for us to consider as we draft our own plan proposals. My hope is that each working group will start dissecting these plans and begin to identify options to more fully research, evne while we await the completion of a greenhouse gas emssions assessment.
